The underlying factor which ties
the principles together is an awareness
of our inborn connection with the
universe.
The belief than human beings are just as
connected to the universe as a whole
as a wave is to the sea. Just as each
wave is unique, and exists if only for a
moment, it originates and returns to the
sea. The sea and its wave are one.
As the fundamental character of the materials combine with the design and progress to a state where they transcend past the point of mere materials and design, a sense of "Unity" occurs as the intrinsic character of the object becomes one with the total object.
Materials become one with the outcome.
